    Kym was a pleasure to work with. She expertly guided me the Tucson market identifying homes that met my ever changing requirements. Her financial analyses and recommendations were spot on and very helpful. She took care and arranged all of the inspections and coordinated the needed repairs with minimal help from the sellers agent.     We are so happy that Kym was the first agent to call us from Zillow! We spoke on the phone on a friday, texted back and forth different listings. The following monday we drove to Tucson, we looked at listings on Tuesday & Wednesday, made two offers on Thursday, then were in escrow the following Friday. Escrow closed on time two weeks later! We were really impressed with Kym’s responsiveness, her knowledge of the city and the market! She always responded quickly, even when we completely changed gears on what we were looking for. Her response time made a real difference in getting the house that we wanted. Once we were in escrow, she arranged all the inspections and got the quotes for the repairs. She kept in touch with us ever step of the way. I will definitely recommend Kym to all my friends!
